2. Twenty three countries have good performance Scoring between 5 % and 6%.
3. Seven countries' Score is negative: showing their Anti-democratic deeds, due to indulging in frequent wars etc. Now USA President Obama also says: Pakistan is a safe haven for terrorists. However, US keep on helping Pakistan by money and might!!! >> This is Politics.
4. Only one country's has basically (-) Democratic Score.
