Since in Latin / Roman,  it is not possible: “to write ‘Raama’ and ‘pronounce it back correctly”.
In Latin it is normally written as ‘Ram’.
Which can be pronounced  back as:
Ram = a male sheep,
Raam = Raam or Raama
Raama राम  > correct pronounced, must be followed.
Ramaa रमा = name of a girl.
Due to this demerit of Latin / Roman Script and many European Languages  need avoidable 'Transcriptions'.
