1. Russia at 1st Rank Scoring 6.47 on 10 Points, has Excallent Performance on "Dynamic Democratic Ranking" with DCU, ‘Democratic Capacity Utilization’ of about 93%.
Indonesia stood at 2nd, DCU = 92% and
India at 3rd Rank, DCU = 91%.
